Could I be any dryer? drier? miserable?

Today I've been so dry and itchy. the minute i put on lotion it totally and completely disappears leaving me all scale and so dry. i feel the sunburn feeling again. i took 2 doxipin this morning and i do think it helped... took an atarax at ~3:30. keith slept on the couch last night because he said I was moaning. I can't stop itching, even though it hurts like hell after I finish, it feels SOOOO GOOD while I'm doing it. OH God, please help. and I'm still so swollen from not taking my blood rpessure med. is that causing the dryiness? i'm about to lose my mind.
